The Ghana Pharmacy Council is a statutory regulatory body established by an Act of Parliament, The Pharmacy Act, (Act 489 ) 1994.
The Pharmacy Council, by powers conferred on it in sections 2(1), 2(2) (c) and 2(2) (d) of the Pharmacy Act, Act 489 of 1994 and Regulations 3(f) of the Pharmacy Practice (Disciplinary Procedures and Fees Regulations, 1998), LI 1645 do hereby specify that the following, among others, constitute professional misconduct.

Any pharmacist who engages in any of such practices as specified above in (1), (2), (3), and (4), shall be referred to the Disciplinary Committee of the Pharmacy Council
